I'm a teenager, in a long distance relationship. So far it's lasted over a year, and still going strong. My boyfriend is also a teenager, absolutely loves music, video games, tv shows like grey's anatomy and family guy.
Last year we kind of skipped out on birthday gifts, but I'd like to do something nice. He owns all of the music/movies/video games in the world. I can't write a poem.. i did for valentines day.

I'm stuck!
Please help Confused

Is he into sports? If so, maybe a nice shirt with his team on it.

he used to play soccer, but hardly anymore.

He has a huuuge sweet tooth for american candies though, would that be ok for a part of the gift?

Oh, and why give the guy some sweet stuff. If a girl was to give me some chocolate, I'm pretty much hers. Laughing Wink

What else does he like? Maybe a book (if he is in to reading) or as mentioned before a favorite sports team hat or t-shirt would be a good idea. You mentioned he has alot of games, maybe do a search for new video games coming out that he might like, find a book or some information about the game. Something that could get him interested in the game & then when it comes out he or maybe even you could get it for him.

Oh congratulations on the long distance relationship lasting as long as it has...that's really great. It's hard to make those kinds of relationships work, but you 2 are doing a good job! Smile

Well, if it was for me, I would like some chocolate, and a book on how to make some candy using chocolate. I'm sure I would make a mess and my
gf would feel like leaving me. If I'm no good at making candy, I can always use it for something else. Laughing Embarassed Wink

You all are so unbelievably helpful! thank you!!

Very Happy

I think the chocolate is a perfect idea..and the book on chocolate, genius! Wink

It is very helpful though, I think that'd be awesome.. it's right up his alley.

On the book topic though, he reads those type of books like the "Alphabet of Manliness" (a hilarious book if anyone's ever read it..) so that makes me think he'd like some book like that.

Heh, i'm no longer dreading his birthday! Thanks so much Very Happy

Glad I gave you an extra idea about getting him books such as the one you posted below. I will have to take a look at that book, my boyfriend likes to read, he might enjoy that book, so thanks for posting that book!
