Is it normal for women to have a sexual interest in other women? Even if they are not a full blown lesbian? It seems that more and more girls and women are becoming interested in bi.

Well I could be friends with a girl that's bisexual and I respect her believes, but for me personaly I don't find it quite apropriate.

I think is not normal to feel this way, maybe you are insecure of what you want or maybe you are curious and want to know what it feels like to be with another woman.

Angelica, I am a man not a woman. I wanted to know if women have natural inclinations to desire each other, that is, if bisexuality in women is common. Smile

I'm attracted to other women but sexually. I couldn't see myself going there.
But I admire women and their beauty just the same as men. Of course I'm a very atistic person. The female body is very beautiful and the male is beautiful in very different ways.

I could see a woman turning to another if they had been through hell with men.

I'm very visual and i do enjoy womanly beauty too.

Would expect environment play a big role how easily interest or curiousness comes up, in my surroundings being bicurious seems pretty common.

I agree with this. I find myself interested in beautiful women.

OK, then it sounds like it could be natural. I think a lot of women and girls are being more open about their feelings for each other now. I hear and see more of this everyday.

Yeah, I guess it is.

I'm bisexual myself, though I don't really "identify" as one.. Yeah, sort of genderqueer/androgynous, I know. It's a little complicated to explain, so let's just move on.

My friend is straight, but she has fooled around with other girls. She said she could never identify herself as bisexual, let alone as lesbian. Also, she told me about someone she knew (straight as well) who slept with other girls and perhaps led them to thinking she was up to more than she actually was.

I have no idea what is behind this thing, it might be because you're young and want to try stuff. And you're especially curious about things you have no clue about. Some experiment and as they grow older they realize they're still straight as an arrow, or whatever they realize they are.

Good point...

I saw 2 lesbians which liked and confess to each other last elementary but in high school, more came.

The show, Tila Tequila, sort of reinforces this pervasion of women going both ways in new society, doesn't it?
